Jennifer Armstrong has over fifteen years of experience in the field of retained executive search and selection. She has worked successfully with Boards of Directors and CEOs to manage elected and appointed officer-level searches in General Management, Finance, Operations, Product Development & Engineering, Marketing, Sales, and Human Resources.

She has extensive technology industry knowledge and serves clients from Fortune 500 corporations, to emerging growth and VC-funded start-up companies.

Prior to forming her firm in 1994, Jennifer was a search consultant with Chartwell Partners International, Inc., a search firm engaged in multi-disciplinary executive search on an international basis. Earlier, she was with The Thomas Tucker Co., a technology search firm. She is a graduate of Santa Clara University.
